This page contains the description of the site administration procedures with regard to the processing of the personal data of users who consult the site.
Under Art. 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 – Code concerning the protection of personal data, the following is to be noted:

a) The personal data which you voluntarily supply in filling in the registration form in order to formally request information on the Company’s products, services, marketing promotions, events and promotional initiatives will be processed, using systems including information and computer systems, for the following purposes:

1. for management, statistical, commercial, promotional, advertising purposes, and purposes relating to the products and services of Nolagemar Spedizioni Srl.

b) The acquisition of personal data is optional; however, a refusal to respond or to express consent may make it impossible for the Company to respond to the requests of the user.

d) The personal data which you provide may be processed, for the purposes indicated in a) above, by means including fax, telephone (with or without operator assistance), email, and other information systems and/or automated communication systems.
e) In relation to the aforementioned processing, the subject to which the personal data refer has the right to obtain confirmation at any moment of the existence or otherwise of these data and to know their content and origin, check their accuracy, or request additions, updates, or corrections, under Art. 7 of legislative decree no. 196/2003. Under the same article, the party concerned has the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or the blocking of the data which concern this party, even if the data are relevant to the aim for which they were collected or to the objectives of sending out advertising material or direct sales material or to market research or commercial communication.

g) The personal data provided by you will be stored, including in electronic  form, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aims for which they were collected, at the offices of Nolagemar Spedizioni Srl - Via Boccardo 1/128 - 16121 Genoa, Italy

i) The personal data supplied by you may be transferred to another country within the European Union, in conformance with and within the limits of Art. 42 of legislative decree no. 196/2003. The personal data may be transferred to another country outside the European Union within the scope of the limits provided by Art 44 letter b) of legislative decree no. 196/2003. In this respect, it is specified that Nolagemar Spedizioni Srlcan operate exclusively with subjects which have adhered to the safe harbor Accord on confidentiality.
